Company won't refund price of product unless I pay to send BOTH worthless cables back. They claim they are not wrong on this. If you want to throw money away, order this product! Customer Rating: Summary: didn't work Comment: Does not work for my Pantech, when I plug it into my computer it freezes my computer up. So I have to restart the computer by holding the computer start button. Good thing it only cost $6.95. Customer Rating: Summary: Didn't know I needed a memory card before I could use this Comment: It would have been good if vendor advised you may need a memory card to transfer data before using this card on cable with you existing phone memory. I will update once I get my memory card and can actually use it. Customer Rating: Summary: Didn't solve problem Comment: I purchased this cable to sync a Pantech Breeze phone, in order to make my own ringtones and load them. Unfortunately, I found out that the Breeze will not sync via USB. It will only do Bluetooth! This is not the fault of the cable itself, which is a good quality cable. I kept it because it wasn't worth the trouble to return it. I can still use the cable to charge the phone. Customer Rating: Summary: Seems pointless. . Comment: It seems pointless for me to have purchased this because of the fact that I cannot sync this phone to my computer. This includes not being able to add files to the phone (and my 2gb micro sd card in the phone). There isn't a program that acts as a multimedia manager for the Pantech Matrix, which is so detrimental to the phone.
